Oh gosh, Matt, I don’t even know where to begin on this except to say that growling is very low on our list of issues. If you’re interested in learning more about the behavior of neuro-atypical kids I’m happy to point you towards some resources. Read even a little about autism or other brain differences and you’ll see that there are lots of kids who vocalize and express themselves in different ways and also have various issues that mean we parents don’t always prioritize (or even make an issue of) growling.
